The Council has decided to have available the agendas for review prior to the Council Meeting.  The agendas will be available on the website (www.stratfordnj.org).  The only meeting which will not be available prior will be the meeting on the second Tuesday of each month, due to the agenda for this meeting is prepared the day of the meeting.  All other agendas are usually prepared in advance.

The next meeting is the special year end meeting which is set for December 28, at 7pm.  The agenda for this meeting is on the website.

Happy Holidays from the Mayor, Council, and all the Borough Employees, and Departments!  The Offices will be closed until 9am Monday, December 28.  The Offices will also be closed at noon December 31, and will not open until January 04, 2010 at 9 am for the New Year’s Holiday.

There is recycling pick up this week on December 26.  There is NO recycling next week.

2010 Reorganizational Meeting will be held January 04, 2010 at 7pm at the Justice Facility where new Councilmen Frank Gagliardi and Dan Bove will be sworn in.  Presentations will be made to Councilmen Bill Grover and Steve Venuto as their terms come to an end.
