Mayor and Council have decided for 2009 to begin to publish the

STRATFORD TIMES

The newspaper to better communicate with the residents.�This 16 page format will be mailed to residents.
It will be printed four times a year and will include not only borough business,
but valuable information from our local schools, churches, and civic organizations.
It will have pictures and the cost is funded by advertisements from our local businesses.

We are hoping this will open up a new avenue of communication!

Look for it in your mailbox at the end of February and support our local business
community for helping fund this newspaper.
