Monday thru Friday during normal business hours.

Dear Property Owner:
This letter is to inform you that the municipal wide reassessment of all properties located in the Borough of Stratford is currently under way. This program, which has been approved by the Camden County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of
Taxation, will be implemented for the 2014 Tax Year and is under direct supervision of the Municipal Tax Assessor pursuant to state law. (N.J.A.C. 18:12A-1.14) [letter to residents] [brochure]

I have included a brochure, which should answer most questions related to the reassessment of our community. We will also have a public meeting at the Municipal Building courtroom at 7 PM on Tuesday, November 13, 2013. I will be there to answer
